Local church membership is a relationship of believers to one another as an expression of the work of Jesus Christ in their lives. Simply: it’s a proclamation of the gospel. The church is a unified family and membership is an expression of identity and mission.

Foundations is a two part class that is required for all those who wish to publicly align themselves with Redemption Church through church membership. While these classes are required before membership at Redemption Church, you are not making a commitment to join simply by attending the class. If you have questions, want to know more about who we are and what we believe, or could use a refresher in the gospel then this opportunity is for you.

Foundations 1 – Redemption Basics

In this class we cover three basic topics:

  • Who we are and what we are about
  • What we believe
  • What is required of members

Foundations 2 – Gospel Fluency

In this class we will discuss the basic language of the gospel to help equip us to proclaim it to ourselves, to each other, and to the lost.

The next Foundations Class will be held Sunday, November 19th immediately following the morning worship service.
